We provide for the residents of County Durham, the North East of England (and beyond) with a truly bespoke service at a standard that they often just cannot find elsewhere…
Years’ of experience
“It all started as a bit of a silly joke when I made a leaving cake for a work colleague retiring in 2007. That first cake was such a hit that before long I had friends of friends, and then complete strangers asking for me to make them cakes. This led me to 2010, when Fairy Hill Cakes was established. In 2016, the time had come to really explore this new venture and see where this could take me and my family.”
Fairy Hill Cakes might have started as self-taught but after years of experience and plenty of customers we have developed our techniques and quality assurance. We’ve learnt some things along the way, like chocolate making which we learnt at the fabulous Slattery’s of Manchester. But our talent has come from the loyal clients around the North East of England!
