Wedding cake consultation
Do come to tea and sup with me, we’ll talk of cake with the utmost glee!
We Bake Delicious Memories
Congratulations on your engagement! Now the planning starts…
First you pick a date to marry, then you seek out that dream venue before saying yes to that dress! Next up? Well, in my opinion it has got to be the cake. One of the nicest parts of wedding organizing has got to be the cake consultation. Most of our wedding couples tell us how much they loved coming to tea and sampling our deliciously moist bakes!
Here you can really go to town by choosing flavours and a design that are going to show off your personalities and compliment your wedding style and theme.
It really is a huge part of your celebration, the cutting of the cake symbolising the first task you will carry out as a married couple. It is going to be admired by all your guests and so here at Fairy Hill Cakes we do our utmost to make sure you have a cake with wow factor that will be remembered long after the last delicious slice has been eaten.
Wedding cakes with a personal touch
Amanda takes the design process to another level by really drawing upon personal aspects of your plans so far.
Upon enquiring you will be given an estimated price to work from so you’re not left wondering what your costs will be. You will then be welcomed along to a meeting with Amanda who will bake you up some delicious cake flavours to try out while she probes you for the finer details of your décor and wedding style to design and create your ideal bespoke cake.
The consultation is for 2 people. It should take no longer than an hour and is chargeable. This will be deducted from the final balance of the wedding cake should you go on to order. You will receive a box containing our 8 signature wedding flavours, which can vary slightly depending upon the season. This should really help you in deciding what you love the most. Click to view all flavours baked at Fairy Hill Cakes and there are options to pick and mix depending upon your preference. We provide tea or coffee and a keen listening ear to help us understand and interpret your brief.
