Terms and conditions

Transporting your cake:

When collecting your cake please ensure that you transport the cake in either the foot well or boot space of your car. It is recommended that you ensure the space is clean and clear before you arrive to collect your cake.
Please be aware that placing your cake on a seat, lap, or uneven surface even for a small journey may affect the stability or internal structure of the cake which could result in irreparable damage.
On hot days, it is recommended to travel with the air conditioning on or windows open to keep the environment relatively cool so that the cake does not get too warm.
It is recommended that the cake is taken directly to the venue from when you collect it as any lengthy time in the vehicle may cause damage to the cake. If you take it home before taking it to the venue, please ensure it is stored in a cool and dark place away from direct sunlight and stored in the packaging provided.
Unless advised to do not place your cake in a fridge. Further transport to the venue from your home should be made using the guidelines stated above.
When setting up your cake at the venue please make sure it is not placed in direct sunlight and consumed within the time suggested on your packaging.
Once the cake has left the premises Fairy Hill Cakes are no longer liable for any damage that may be incurred. If any repairs are required at any point after the cake has left the premises, and only if a repair is possible and there is availability for us to fix it, it will be at the cost suggested at the managers’ discretion. This will need to be paid on return of the damaged cake before the repairs can commence. We cannot promise to fix any damage to cakes but will certainly try our best to help you should any accidents happen!
If the guidelines above are followed, then you should have no problems delivering your cake in perfect condition to your venue.
Enjoy your cake!
